Can I schedule a session with my therapist outside the event?

Yes, our therapists are independent contractors that have their own practice and policies.

What will the massage therapists bring with them?

Each massage therapist will show up to your massage event with their own massage chair (or massage table, if it is a table event) and sanitation supplies to clean the chair/table between clients. 

There will also be music soothing music provided. 

Chair massage typically doesn't involve lotion or oil, but table massage does. 

If you've made any special requests for your event, such as aromatherapy, your therapists will bring those as well.

What happens if a massage therapist doesn't show up?

Massage therapists are required to show up 15 minutes prior to your massage event start time. If this time has passed, and you still haven't seen our massage therapists, contact your program manager.

 

What happens if a participant misses their scheduled massage appointment or is late?

Clients who arrive late to an appointment will have their massage time cut short. Missed appointments are not refundable.  

 If a massage participant does not show up for their scheduled appointment time, that time is non-refundable, as our therapists charge an hourly rate, not per massage.

When will the massage therapists arrive?

You can expect your massage therapists to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your massage event.

Our therapists know to arrive to your location 15 minutes prior to your event start time. 

This gives them plenty of time to find the correct room or area of your location, set up their equipment, and be ready to start their first massage session right on time.
